What to know before valuation
If you are not sure what exactly you have at home, that is fine. Bring your valuables to our store and we will explain everything in person.
Free valuation requestIs the valuation really free?+
Yes. In-store valuation is free and non-binding. Whether you sell your valuables is always entirely up to you.
Do I need to book in advance?+
It is not necessary, but we recommend contacting us beforehand, especially for a larger quantity of jewellery or antiques.
Do you buy damaged jewellery?+
Yes. We also buy damaged, incomplete or older jewellery. We assess the metal, purity, stones and possible overall value of the piece.
Do I get paid immediately?+
If you accept the offer, we pay immediately after agreeing on the buyout, either in cash or by instant bank transfer.
What if I do not know whether it is gold or silver?+
No problem. We verify the material and purity during valuation. You can bring jewellery, coins, scrap gold and other valuables.
